Medications and Medical Supplies

• Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase
• Original purchase receipt must be provided
• Opened or used medications cannot be returned
• Refrigerated medications cannot be returned
• Sterile medical supplies cannot be returned once their packaging is opened

Cosmetics and Personal Care Products

• Unused products can be returned within 14 days of purchase
• Products must be in their original packaging and in good condition
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
