Fludrex contains:Paracetamol: widely used analgesic and antipyretic. It relieves pain and reduces symptoms of fever associated with colds and flu.Caffeine: an alkaloid, acts as a nervous system stimulant, treats headaches and enhances the effect of paracetamol as a pain reliever.Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride: Decongestant, reduces the dilation of blood vessels which helps reduce sinus congestion and throat and nasal congestion in colds.Chlorpheniramine Maleate: a broad spectrum antiallergic that reduces allergy symptoms in the common cold (watery eyes, runny nose, and sinus allergies).
